About Kevin
I am a problem solver who chose real estate as a way to use my skills to serve others and help
them achieve their dreams of homeownership, equity realization, and investment success.
Born and raised in the River Valley, I grew up in Russellville and Moreland and graduated from
Russellville High School. After spending a few years out of state, I returned to the area about 16
years ago and have been proud to call the River Valley home ever since. I have a deep
appreciation for the natural beauty of this region, but even more so, for the people who make it
special.
Before entering real estate, I built a diverse professional background as an engineer, a chemistry
professor, and a landlord. These experiences sharpened my analytical thinking, communication
skills, and practical understanding of property and investment. I also hold degrees in Chemical
Engineering and a Doctorate in Chemistry, and in my manufacturing career earned a Master
Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. I am also a General Class Amateur Radio license holder,
reflecting my long-standing interest in technical systems and problem-solving.
In addition to real estate, I currently teach chemistry at the University of Central Arkansas. I am
an active member of First Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Danville, the Russellville
Amateur Radio Club, the Pope and Yell County Gun Club, the National Association of Realtors,
the Arkansas Realtor Association, and the Arkansas Valley Board of Realtors.
I work with all types of clients including first-time homebuyers, sellers, investors, land buyers,
and those looking for rural property. My approach is grounded in technical excellence, highest
integrity, unwavering loyalty, and a servant’s heart. Clients can expect clear communication,
careful attention to detail, and persistent advocacy throughout every step of the process.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, gardening, and
fishing.
Above all, I believe in doing what I say and saying what I do.
